About Xun

Prior to joining Aureate Legal, Xun worked for King & Wood Mallesons and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman LLP from 2007 to 2013, where she gained extensive experience in handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investments as a transactional lawyer.

 

Xun handles a diverse range of cases in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate law, contract law and equity matters. She represents clients in proceedings before the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court, and Local Court.

 

Xun's corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructures,international and cross-border transactions, shareholder and joint venture agreements and general corporate and commercial advice.

 

Xun advises both employers and employees on permanent employment arrangements, casual employee engagement and independent contractor.

 

Xun is also familiar with various aspects of family law, including property, parenting, divorce, de-facto relationships, spouse maintenance and child support, She regularly represents clients as solicitor advocate before Federal Circuit Court and in arbitration and mediation.

 

Xun was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018 and qualified as a lawyer of People's Republic of China in 2007. She is qualified to practice in both jurisdictions.

 

Xun is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
